1/18/2022 - Central has prepared a draft update of the Land and Shoreline Management Plan (LSMP), which can be found at https://www.cnppid.com/lsmp-review/. Central’s overall intent with regard to the updated LSMP is to make it shorter and easier to understand, and to otherwise make improvements, while still maintaining appropriate protections for Project resources and operations. Central would greatly appreciate comments from our lake customers as you make-up an extremely important stakeholder group of our project. Thank you in advance for helping us disseminate this information to the tenants, subtenants, and adjacent landowners around the different lakes.

1/9/2022 - The CNPPID Land Administration Team is currently in the process of considering a proposed amendment to the District’s Permitting Procedures related to the allowable length of sides on shore stations. As part of the process the District would greatly appreciate your participation in and help with disseminating the survey provided in the link below in an attempt to solicit feedback from our lake customers.
The proposed rule change would eliminate the 3’ restriction currently placed on boat lift covers. More detailed information is contained in the attachment and on the survey site.
