About Johnson Lake Development Inc

Johnson Lake Development, Inc. is committed to a single goal: to strive to make the lake a better place to live and play. Over the years, many people have worked to promote the betterment of the lake. Some of those projects include the Chapel of the Lake, carp removal, hike and bike trails, fire prevention, landfill, trash disposal, and general lake improvement.

 

JLDI serves as a liaison between Central Nebraska Public Power District and the Johnson Lake leaseholders. The JLDI board of directors is comprised of a president, vice president/treasurer, secretary and two elected directors from each leased area association around the lake. Open meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month April through October at the EMS building at 7:00 p.m.
